Interior demolition is about control. We seal doorways with plastic, run floor protection through the path to the door, shut off water and power to the room, and take things apart in the order that keeps dust and damage down: fixtures, cabinets and counters first, then tile and drywall, then flooring. Plumbing and electrical are capped safely where a demolition crew can do it; anything beyond that is called out for your plumber or electrician.
Load-bearing walls get a site visit and a written scope — we do not guess at structure from a photo. Everything else in a house or a light commercial space is everyday work, priced by the room or by the square foot so you see the number before we start, and hauled in our own trailer the same day.
What we strip out
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, whole-floor gut-outs, non-load-bearing walls, drop and drywall ceilings, tile and wood floors, built-ins and fixtures, and retail or office interiors.
Kitchen Demolition
Cabinets, counters, backsplash, sink, appliances out of the way, flooring and any wall you are opening up — usually one day. Water and power are shut off and capped at the room; your plumber and electrician rough in behind us. Typical kitchen gut $2,400–$3,600.
Bathroom Demolition
Tub or shower, vanity, toilet, tile walls and floor, drywall down to studs if the remodel calls for it. Bathrooms are tight, so protection of the hallway and the rest of the house matters — we bring it. Typical bathroom gut $1,300–$1,900.
Walls, Ceilings & Floors
Non-load-bearing walls at $18–$25 per 10 feet, drywall and drop ceilings at $2–$4 per sq ft, and floor demolition at $1.50–$3.50 per sq ft. Tile rooms are priced as a unit — a small bath $750–$1,500, a large open floor up to $6,000.
Basement & Whole-Floor Gut-Outs
Finished basements after a flood, whole floors before a renovation, rental units between tenants: everything non-structural out and hauled, with the space swept and ready for your trades. Priced by the square foot after a walk-through.
Commercial Strip-Outs
Retail, office, restaurant and light industrial interiors: walls, ceilings, shelving, counters, flooring and fixtures, scheduled around your other trades and your opening date. General contractors use us as their demolition sub — send the plan and we price it per the drawings.

Common Questions
Do you take down load-bearing walls?
Only after a site visit and a written scope, with the temporary support and the permit your town requires. Non-load-bearing walls are everyday work and priced from photos.
Will the rest of my house get dusty?
We seal the room, run floor protection to the exit and bag debris as it comes down. It is demolition, so it is not silent, but the rest of the house stays clean.
Do you cap the plumbing and electrical?
We shut off and cap what a demolition crew can safely handle at the room. Rough-in, relocations and panel work are for your plumber and electrician, and we leave the space ready for them.
Can you work with my contractor?
Yes — remodelers and general contractors use us as their demolition and haul-off sub on a schedule. Send the plan and we price it per the drawings; ask for the subcontract rate sheet.
What happens to the debris?
It leaves in our trailer the same day: metal and clean concrete to recyclers, the rest to a licensed transfer station. We do not take hazardous materials — asbestos tile or insulation in an older home needs a licensed abatement company first.
