Expert Demolition & Removal
Sheds, decks, fences, garages, pools, concrete, kitchens, bathrooms and interior strip-outs — torn down, hauled away and swept clean by a licensed, insured crew. Same-day and next-day slots across the Chicago suburbs.

📸 Your Price in About a Minute
Snap a few photos of what’s coming down — or just tell us the size — and our pricing system, the same one our crew uses on every job, comes back with a number. It's an estimate, not a binding price: the crew confirms the final quote on site.

Tearing Down, the Right Way
Demolition that ends with a clean, empty space.
Most demolition jobs are not about the wrecking — they are about what is left behind. We protect what stays, take the structure down in pieces a crew can control, load every scrap into our own trailer and sweep before we leave. Concrete, brick and metal go to recyclers; the rest goes to licensed transfer stations the same day.
You get a real number before anyone swings a hammer. Send photos for a free estimate, and when the crew arrives they measure and confirm the price with you on site — the same pricing system we use on every job, so the estimate and the final quote are built on the same math. Homeowners, landlords and remodelers book us direct; general contractors use us as their demolition sub — ask for the subcontract rate sheet.
What We Demolish
Anything up to a full structure that a crew can take down safely — and everything we tear down leaves in our trailer the same day. Not sure your project fits? Send us photos and we will tell you straight.

Shed Demolition
Wood, metal or resin, falling apart or just in the way — we take the shed down without tearing up the yard around it, pull the floor and footings if you want them gone, and haul every board and panel the same day. Most sheds are a half-day job.

Deck & Fence Removal
Rotting deck boards, leaning fence lines, old railings and stairs: we cut them down in sections, pull or cut the posts flush, and leave a clean footprint ready for whatever you build next. Priced by the square foot for decks and by the run for fences.

Concrete, Patio & Driveway Removal
Cracked slabs, walkways, steps, brick patios and driveways: we break them up, load them out and send the rubble to a concrete recycler instead of a landfill. Heavy debris is priced by size, so a small stoop and a full driveway get very different numbers — and you see both before we start.

Interior Demolition & Strip-Outs
Opening up a room or prepping a remodel? We pull drywall, ceilings, cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile and non-load-bearing walls, protect the rooms that stay, and leave the space broom-clean for your trades. Structural walls get a site visit and a written scope first.

Bathroom & Kitchen Demolition
The messy first day of a renovation, done in a day: tubs, vanities, tile, cabinets, counters, sinks and old flooring come out and go straight into the trailer. Plumbing and electrical are capped safely so your remodeler can start clean.

Commercial Demolition
Retail spaces, offices, restaurants and light industrial: walls, ceilings, shelving, counters, flooring and fixtures, worked around your schedule and other trades. We sub for general contractors on larger scopes — bring the plan and we price it per the drawings.

Common Questions
How fast can you get here?
Same-day and next-day slots across the Chicago suburbs, 6am–9pm, seven days a week. Call before noon and we can usually be out the same day for sheds, decks, hot tubs and small concrete jobs.
How do you price demolition?
By the structure and the scope, not by the hour — the ranges above are what the jobs usually run. Send photos and you get a free estimate in minutes; when the crew arrives they measure, confirm the price with you on site, and only then start. No surprise fees on the day.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on your town and the structure. Sheds, fences, hot tubs and interior non-structural work usually need nothing or a simple one; garages, pools and anything structural often do. We tell you before you book whether your job needs one and what it takes.
Do you take down load-bearing walls or whole houses?
Non-load-bearing interiors are everyday work. Structural walls, full house tear-downs and larger commercial gut-outs are jobs we do, but never from photos alone — they get a site visit and a written scope first.
What happens to the debris?
It leaves in our trailer the same day. Concrete, brick and metal go to recyclers; everything else goes to licensed transfer stations. We do not take hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, oils, asbestos or anything that needs abatement — those need a licensed disposal company, and we will tell you if we spot them.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured for junk removal and demolition, residential and commercial.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. Remodelers and general contractors use us as their demolition and haul-off sub. Send the plan and we price it per the drawings — ask for the subcontract rate sheet.
